Whether you thank or not let me share something with you here today. 'Comments' word is the key here.
Last Saturday I wrote the yearly report of some people under me. Some I wrote directly and some came to me after someone else wrote it.
When I write something about my subordinate.. I risk the chance of being liked or hated... should I care? I shld if I want to be liked and remembered as a good boss. Sometimes some people want to do that.. and in the process become willing tools in furthering more ineffiency in the system (promoting wrong people] ....
but when I am commenting.. and I hope others too here are doing the same thing.. I am commenting only when and because I LIKED your post..
So you do not need to thank anyone.
Oopss!! I forgot to comment on your post.. Even if there is no beauty in the world you should not bother what you look like.. because you have a beautiful mind.. what else matters? Looks do not remain always.. mind does!
